Qualifications

• 2+ years of Wealth Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and closing processes; CRE transaction coordination a plus.
• Proactive, self-directed, and capable of delivering under tight deadlines.
• Strong judgment handling confidential information.
• Excellent organization with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong client relationships and sales management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of an existing loan portfolio.
• Lead portfolio review meetings and coordinate workflow across teams.
• Manage deal execution and loan funding with clients and partners.
• Identify and resolve risk exceptions to protect portfolio health.
• Coordinate renewals and ongoing maintenance of credit facilities.
• Support regulatory, legal, and industry changes and reporting needs.
