Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Client, Relationship Managers, and Underwriters to ensure accurate documentation and facilitate seamless transaction closing.
• Engage with clients to manage expectations and gather necessary items for closing, building trust and a positive client experience.
• Ensure credit and asset conditions are met in compliance with guidelines by applying analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Utilize strategic planning to optimize the loan origination process and drive efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and send documentation packages with meticulous attention to detail for successful closings.
