Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Risk Manager or 7+ years in related industry with Bachelor's exempt.
• Experience in Project Controls (estimate/cost and schedule) and risk methodologies.
• Strong network-building skills with clients and functional areas.
• U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Manage program/project risk following CSRA for specific clients.
• Lead risk reviews and apply Monte Carlo analysis for mitigation actions.
• Assess, prioritize, and update risks for high/medium risk programs.
• Conduct Risk Assessment Workshops and training with project teams.
• Define risk management framework, policy, and processes.
• Review costs of mitigation actions and ensure rigorous cost controls.
• Prepare regular risk data reports and briefings for leadership.
