The role involves leading CSRA-based risk management for programs and projects, conducting workshops, and developing risk frameworks to control costs and schedules. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years as a Risk Manager or 7+ years in related field if no degree.
• Experience or deep understanding of Project Controls (estimate/cost and schedule).
• Excellent knowledge of risk methodology and tools; cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Manage program/project risk following CSRA.
• Lead risk reviews using Monte Carlo analysis to inform mitigation.
• Assess and update risks for high/medium risk programs; track mitigation.
• Conduct Risk Assessment Workshops and training.
• Define risk management framework and processes with leadership.
• Direct mitigation costs, budgets and contingency analyses.
• Prepare risk reports and briefings for client/program management.
