RC Andersen, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Construction Legal and Risk Manager in Atlanta, Georgia. The role provides independent oversight of project execution, compliance, and risk within a designated business unit, partnering with Operations leadership and Legal to ensure contracts and practices meet company standards and applicable laws.

Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Law, Engineering, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction operations, legal/compliance, risk management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls, and documentation.
Responsabilidades
- Establish and execute a consistent project review process across the business unit.
- Conduct periodic reviews of active and completed construction projects.
- Review projects for compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, laws, and operating standards.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential areas of exposure.
- Document review findings and develop practical recommendations for remediation.
