Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive risk management experience in construction.
• Designations such as ARM, CRM, CIC, or CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an enterprise risk management (ERM) strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee the design, placement, and administration of the company’s insurance program across all lines of coverage.
• Establish claims handling strategies, reserve methodologies, and settlement protocols.
• Partner with legal and operations on contract risk transfer and compliance across projects.
• Champion an enterprise-wide risk culture and drive risk ownership across teams.
