Responsibilities

• Lead and actively support recruiting activity across field operations, skilled trades, equipment operators, office staff, and leadership roles.
• Manage and develop the recruiting team; set priorities, coach performance, and build capability as the function grows.
• Build proactive talent pipelines aligned with workforce needs across all operating divisions.
• Partner with operations and leadership to forecast hiring needs 6–18 months out based on backlog and growth plans.
• Embed Core 6 values and Critical 6 safety expectations into the recruiting and selection process.
