F.H. Paschen seeks a Recruiting Support Specialist to assist the Recruiting Team and the Senior Talent & Development Manager.

You'll organize applications, resumes, interview evaluations, and references while scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate logistics via Workable and Outlook. You'll build an understanding of the construction industry related to Paschen, track candidate pipelines, and source candidates through diverse channels, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong relationships

Qualifications

• Assists with organization of recruiting documentation including applications, resumes, interview evaluations, and reference checks.
• Schedules interviews as requested by hiring managers and recruiting team.
• Executes full cycle recruiting on positions assigned by Recruitment Manager.
• Creates a seamless interview experience for candidates using Workable and Outlook.
• Contacts candidates, coordinates interview dates/times, and creates calendar invites for Teams interviews and in-person interviews.
• Develops understanding of the construction industry as it relates to F.H. Paschen and recruitment.
• Tracks candidate pipeline in Applicant Tracking Software (Workable).
• Utilizes multiple recruiting sources and innovative strategies to find quality candidates.
• Ensures follow-up meetings or interviews with hiring managers.
• Establishes relationships with candidates to fill open positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruiting and administrative support to the Recruiting Team and the Senior Talent & Development Manager.

• Coordinate interviews via Teams and in-person and maintain candidate communication.
• Maintain organized recruitment files and pay transparency documentation.
• Develop understanding of industry and competitor hiring practices to improve candidate sourcing.
