Job summary

Swinerton in San Francisco, CA is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse roles nationwide. You will advise managers on hiring criteria, craft descriptions, and build strong candidate networks.

You will leverage market insights to guide compensation discussions, conduct thorough interviews, and coordinate offers. This role requires collaboration with HR, travel up to 20%, and a commitment to Swinerton's values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in construction or related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting trends, practices, technologies, and developments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation.
• Excellent relationship-building and consultative communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with ATS/CRM technologies; Workday HCM a plus; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of positions and advise managers on hires; responsible for candidate communications and relationships.
• Collaborate with managers to identify and refine job descriptions, hiring criteria, and capture plans.
• Use data and market insights to advise on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive positioning.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies; build candidate pipelines via databases, forums, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth screens and interviews; present qualified candidates to the business.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions; assist in offer process with salary ranges and start dates.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and company policies; maintain records in ATS/CRM with high data integrity.
• Track recruiting priorities; provide regular performance updates, analysis, and insights; participate in high-priority projects.
• Willingness to travel up to ~20% for meetings, conferences, and job sites.
