Vaughn Industries is seeking an experienced Recruiter to attract, engage, and connect with talent for our construction-focused team. The role involves collaborating with Marketing, HR, and Training, leading facility tours, and representing Vaughn at career events.

You will support internal communications and employee engagement while driving recruiting initiatives across Ohio. A dynamic schedule and travel are expected; a strong communicator with a people-first mindset will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, marketing, workforce development, event coordination, or a related field.
• Must be comfortable working outside of standard business hours for events and recruiting activities.
• Frequent local travel throughout Ohio for school visits, recruiting events, community engagement, and company activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team with recruiting and company initiatives
• Lead tours of Vaughn facilities for prospective employees, students, and visitors
• Assist with internal communications and employee engagement
• Represent Vaughn at career fairs and recruiting events
• Order, organize, and manage promotional materials
• Plan and coordinate internal and external events
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting and marketing analytics and trends
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Training to develop new ways to attract and engage talent
