Vaughn Industries, LLC in Carey, Ohio is hiring an Equipment Operator for our Renewable Energy Division and general construction sites. You will operate heavy equipment, assist with wiring tasks, conduit installation, and electrical equipment setup, while maintaining safety at all times.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; CDL preferred. Projects span Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana with travel as needed.

We're currently seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to support our growing Renewable Energy Division. If you’re experienced with heavy equipment and passionate about contributing to sustainable energy projects, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in operating heavy machinery
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Willingness to travel and work on project sites across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana

Duties will include:

• Equipment operation on various jobsites
• Assist in pulling wire and installing conduit
• Assist in installing electrical equipment
• Digging
• Moving construction materials
• Travel

• Ability to perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled work in the operation of light, medium and heavy equipment and light to heavy duty trucks related to construction and maintenance
• Experience with heavy equipment such as mini excavator, backhoe, trencher, and skid steer
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Driver’s License & reliable transportation – Class A CDL preferred
