Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Craft Construction Recruiter to join our Corporate Recruiting Team. You will identify and attract candidates to meet hiring needs, partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates and driving full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing through offers.

The role supports the CDM Constructors, Inc. Group with emphasis on onsite construction recruitment and building a robust candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years related experience required.
• Strong communication and sourcing skills required.
• Travel may be required (10% or less).

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates to meet hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers to deliver high quality candidates.
• Conduct proactive research and apply strategies to support full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing through offers.
• Oversee small to medium recruitment programs (College Recruitment Program, Reboot Program, Referral Program, etc.).
• Develop relationships with colleges and supported groups for entry level hiring.
• Maintain applicant tracking records and provide reports to hiring managers.
