Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 2 years of related recruiting experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and attracts candidates to meet hiring needs and partners with managers.
• Pre-screens candidates, coordinates interviews, and extends offers under guidance.
• Develops recruiting relationships and pipelines for entry level hiring.
• Maintains accurate recruitment records and reports using ATS.
