Responsibilities

• Coordinate with construction inspectors and contractor staff to ensure project records reflect changes and agreements.
• Attend pre‑construction meetings to coordinate with contractor’s bookkeeper on record‑keeping procedures.
• Monitor contractor’s compliance with federal requirements related to equal employment opportunity and wages.
• Compose, review, and maintain correspondence, reports, supporting documents, and files.
• Maintain file structure for each construction project within assigned area.
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
