Dean Dorton seeks a high-impact Industry Growth Executive to lead strategic market expansion in the Triangle and North Carolina's construction and real estate sectors. You will build C-suite relationships, originate significant revenue opportunities, and guide multi-service client growth across accounting, tax, advisory, technology, cybersecurity, and more.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in construction, commercial real estate, or related sectors.
• Industry leadership experience with executive-level credibility and private equity relationships.
• Proven ability to originate revenue opportunities and drive strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Triangle area growth strategy focused on mid-to upper-mid market construction and real estate.
• Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, lenders, attorneys, and industry associations.
• Identify and originate new business opportunities across multiple service lines.
• Translate operational and financial pain points into solution opportunities.
• Mentor internal teams on industry trends and market positioning.
• Represent the firm at industry events and strengthen brand recognition.
