Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within construction or real estate.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and financial/accounting systems (e.g., Sage 300).
• Strong ability to interpret business documents and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze actual construction project performance against financial forecasts and budgets.
• Collaborate with Operations and Construction teams on pricing and contract reviews.
• Assess the financial performance of construction assets, current and future.
• Prepare proformas and conduct financial analysis for new and ongoing projects.
• Conduct due diligence for new construction projects and provide investor and bank reports.
• Review Capital Expenditure requests for ROI and cash payback.
• Track and analyze construction draw schedules, budgets, and cost variances.
• Prepare internal financial reports for leadership.
• Contribute to cost-saving proposals from Operations.
