Job summary

Baker Tilly International is seeking a Summer 2027 Capital Projects Advisory Intern in Seattle, WA. You will assist with construction program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments while developing industry knowledge and client relationship skills.

This internship requires working with the engagement team, documenting observations, and contributing to reports and presentations. Must be enrolled in a related bachelor’s program and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting, or related field
• Must have at least one academic term remaining after internship
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction program reviews and contract cost audits
• Support real estate management assessments and client-facing deliverables
• Document observations and recommendations from interviews and data analysis
• Contribute to field work, data collection, analysis, and work paper documentation
• Prepare, edit, and proofread narrative reports and presentations
