Job summary

Performix is seeking a QC/SSHO to ensure construction activities meet contract requirements, codes, specs, and safety regulations. The role oversees QC processes and implements the site safety program to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with approved plans.

Responsibilities include administering the Quality Control Plan, APP, inspections, documentation, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance, with travel between two client locations and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have OSHA certification or OSHA training.
• Ability to obtain Level 50 Access; client paid; investigation ~6 months.
• Willingness to travel between two client locations and cover both sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement the Quality Control Plan.
• Conduct Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up inspections for all DFOW.
• Verify materials, equipment, and workmanship meet contract requirements and specs.
• Maintain quality control documentation, inspection reports, deficiency logs, testing records, and as-built docs.
• Identify and track non-conforming work and ensure corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality inspections and testing with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare daily QC reports and provide status updates to management.
