Job summary

SDV Construction, Inc. in Albuquerque is seeking a Construction Quality & Efficiency Manager to work across preconstruction, estimating, project management, field operations and safety to identify risk and improve execution.

You will lead continuous improvement efforts, strengthen quality, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional results while supporting a 4-day work week, health and life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with knowledge of means, methods, sequencing and lifecycle.
• Proven ability to identify problems, assess risk and implement practical solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across estimating, operations, project management, field leadership, safety, subcontractors and clients.
• Experience with quality management, project reviews, inspections, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with construction/project management software and Microsoft Office.

• Improve planning, scheduling, productivity, and resource utilization for better project execution.
