Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with knowledge of means, methods, sequencing and lifecycle.
• Proven ability to identify problems, assess risk and implement practical solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across estimating, operations, project management, field leadership, safety, subcontractors and clients.
• Experience with quality management, project reviews, inspections, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Summary

Fundamental Job Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing and the complete project lifecycle.

• Proficiency with construction/project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel within the metropolitan area and surrounding regions; valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation required.
