Job summary

SDV Construction, Inc. is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across all phases of commercial construction in New Mexico.

The role partners with project teams, subcontractors, and owners to ensure projects meet contract requirements, exceed expectations, and are delivered safely. The ideal candidate brings extensive field experience, deep knowledge of building systems, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Must have proven QA/QC management experience in a commercial construction environment.
• Ability to lead, coach and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in creating detailed quality reports and using project software.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC across all construction phases and ensure contract compliance.
• Serve as liaison among project teams, subcontractors, and owners; provide updates.
• Identify and resolve quality issues; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety compliance within QA/QC processes.
