Job summary

Millstone Weber is seeking a Construction Quality Manager to ensure projects meet owner standards. Lead QC staff, developQuality Management Plans, and support PMs to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget results on highway/bridge, airfield, and rail projects.

The role oversees concrete mixes, plant testing, and corrective actions, with a focus on safety, quality and efficient production on Denver-area projects.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer with applicable airport paving experience.
• Engineer-in-training with relevant paving exposure.
• NICET Civil Engineering Technology Level IV with airport paving background.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; heavy construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead QC staff across projects.
• Develop, implement, and revise Quality Management Plans.
• Develop concrete mixes for bidding and construction.
• Submit QC testing procedures and change orders.
• Oversee concrete quality plans and plant tests.
• Coordinate with PMs and Superintendents on methods or materials.
