BRPH seeking a Construction Quality Control (CQC) Manager to lead project-specific quality planning and field execution on BRPH construction and design-build projects. You will develop the Quality Control Plan, manage definable-feature controls, inspections, tests, nonconformances, and closeout records in coordination with project leaders and trade partners.

This role requires strong knowledge of contract documents, codes, and QA/QC processes, with proficiency in Procore and MS Office, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, quality, or a related field and two years of quality experience, or seven years in lieu of degree.
Minimum 4 years’ experience planning and implementing project quality controls including inspections and records.
Minimum 4 years’ knowledge of construction methods, codes, submittals, and turnover.
Minimum 2 years’ experience interpreting quality requirements and communicating with stakeholders.
Minimum 2 years’ proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and field documentation tools.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Outreach Training required.
Preferred: CQM-C or ASQ CCQM or equivalent credentials.

Responsabilités

Develop and manage the project Quality Control Plan aligned with contract requirements.
Coordinate inspections, tests, and hold points with teams and clients.
Review and sign off on quality checklists and records, enforcing corrective action.
Maintain complete quality records and support closeout, turnover, and warranties.
Train staff on QC plans, controls, and documentation standards.
Support commissioning, punch lists, and owner acceptance.
