Job summary

BRPH is seeking a Construction Quality Control (CQC) Manager to lead project-level quality planning and field execution on assigned construction and design-build projects. You will develop the project Quality Control Plan, manage definable-feature controls, inspections, tests, nonconformances, and acceptance records in collaboration with project leadership and design professionals.

This role may require travel and/or temporary relocation per project assignments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related discipline with two years of quality experience or seven years without a degree.
Minimum four years’ experience planning and implementing project quality controls including inspections, testing, and records.
Two years’ experience interpreting quality requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and field documentation tools.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Outreach Training is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the project-specific Quality Control Plan aligned with BRPH QMS.
Coordinate inspections, tests, and third-party verification with stakeholders.
Sign off on quality records and require corrective actions when needed.
Train project personnel on the Quality Control Plan and documentation standards.
Maintain complete, current quality records and closeout files.
