Job summary

BRPH is hiring aConstruction Quality Control Manager to lead quality planning and field QC on designated C&IS projects. You will develop the project QC Plan, establish definable features, conduct inspections, and manage nonconformances with project teams and clients.

Travel and relocation may be required. Candidates should have 4+ years of QC experience, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office. BRPH offers a collaborative environment across U.S. facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, construction science, engineering, architecture, quality management, or related field with 2+ years of quality experience OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience planning and implementing project quality controls (inspections, testing, documentation).
• Minimum 4 years’ knowledge of construction methods, documents, codes, submittals, RFIs, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience interpreting quality requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Minimum 2 years’ proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and field documentation tools.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Outreach Training required.
• Preferred: CQM-C or ASQ CCQM or similar quality credentials.
• Preferred: AI tools experience on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project-specific Quality Control Plan aligned with BRPH QMS and project phase.
• Coordinate quality requirements with design reviews, schedules, procurement, submittals, RFIs, and turnover.
• Review and sign off on quality checklists and records; require corrective action when needed.
• Plan and coordinate inspections, tests, third‑party verifications, and acceptance records.
• Manage quality observations, nonconformances, and corrective actions in project systems (e.g., Procore).
• Taxonomy: stop or restrict work when quality could be affected and escalate as needed.
• Maintain traceable quality records: plans, inspection docs, certifications, and closeout files.
• Train project personnel and trade partners on Quality Control Plan and documentation standards.
• Support commissioning, punch lists, turnover, and warranty documentation.
