The Ross Group Construction Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee daily quality control on construction projects. You will inspect work items, review submittals, coordinate with the Owner’s QA representative, and enforce contract requirements while prioritizing safety on-site.

Ideal candidates have five to ten years of QC management experience and a Bachelor’s in Construction Management.

Five to ten years’ experience as a Quality Control Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.

Mansioni

Implement the Quality Control Plan for a $2.5 million to $20 million project.
Coordinate with the Owner’s quality assurance representative to ensure all project requirements are met.
Oversee safety practices of on-site personnel and visitors.
Provide quality control updates to the project manager.
Review outside testing agencies for proper techniques and contract compliance.
Manage subcontractor submittals and the submittal register.
Create a punch-list and coordinate with subcontractors for completion.
Represent Ross Group during testing of alarm and mechanical systems.
Ensure close-out documents are complete and submitted.
Monitor quality and safety daily; maintain safety logs.
