The Ross Group Construction Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead on-site quality control activities for construction projects. The role includes inspecting work, reviewing submittals, coordinating with the owner's QA representative, and enforcing safety practices to ensure compliance with contract documents.

The ideal candidate has five to ten years of experience in quality control management and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.

Competenze

• Five to ten years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Ability to manage field staff and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Willingness to relocate to Ross Group project sites.
• Flexible work hours, with an average of ~50 hours per week.

Mansioni

• Implement the Quality Control Plan for projects ranging from $2.5 million to $20 million.
• Inspect completed and ongoing work and review all submittals for contract compliance.
• Coordinate with the Owner’s quality assurance representative to ensure project requirements are met.
• Provide oversight of safety practices for on-site personnel and visitors.
• Produce daily and weekly reports on inventory, work progress, weather, quality and safety issues.
