Job summary

Haselden Construction is seeking a Quality Control Manager to implement the Quality Control Program across assigned projects in Colorado and Wyoming. You will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and testing agencies to inspect, document, and resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance with contract documents and codes.

Responsibilities include leading the 4-Step QC process, reviewing subcontractor QC procedures, and mentoring field personnel.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in architecture or construction management or related experience.
• Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience on large commercial construction projects as a QC Manager, Superintendent or Project Engineer.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willing to travel/drive to various project locations throughout Colorado and Wyoming.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Start up and implement the 4-Step Quality Control Process for assigned projects as per the Quality Control Plan.
• Analyze specifications, standards, and contract requirements for subcontractor disciplines.
• Interface with QC team and meet regularly to discuss quality issues and tracking.
• Create, review, and maintain the project Quality Issues Tracking Report.
• Review deficiency reports and verify corrections prior to closure.
• Stop non-conforming work in coordination with project leadership.
