Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10+ years of construction experience.
- 4+ years serving as a Quality Control Manager.
- Experience in federal, commercial, industrial, or heavy civil construction preferred.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and RMS/QCS systems preferred.
- OSHA 30, EM385-1-1, and Construction Quality Control for Contractors (USACE) certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Contractor Quality Control (CQC) activities and reviews of submittals.
- Interpret drawings and specifications and apply on-site to verify work is installed correctly.
- Identify and correct deficiencies and coordinate third‑party testing.
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and reporting.
- Mentor field teams and coordinate with project stakeholders and government representatives.
