Job summary

Trident Construction is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee the company's QC program across multiple projects in the Charleston area. The role includes coordinating, training, inspections, and day-to-day QC operations to ensure compliance with project requirements.

You will participate in setup, execution, and closeout of project QC plans, collaborate with superintendents and project managers, and foster a culture of quality on field teams while maintaining safety and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or related field with commercial construction leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, project administration, sustainability.
• Experience with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Project Support staff across several projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Ability to create and lead a culture of collaboration to maintain company reputation.
• Ability to read contract documents; knowledge of safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand the Trident Quality Control Program across all projects.
• Develop program documents and QC library.
• Assist with project quality control plan setup to prep teams onsite.
• Conduct field inspections and proper documentation.
• Train team members on quality control program.
• Work with subcontractors and PMs to ensure QC alignment.
