Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Willing to travel and relocate to domestic and international project sites.
• Minimum of five years of experience on large dam, infrastructure and earthwork projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• USACE CQM-C certificate preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and verifies quality programs for the Project, including direct hire and Sub-Contractor work.
• Manages and coordinates Quality activities across field engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Maintains client liaison and communication for Project's quality activities.
• Reviews, audits and surveys Quality activities and reports progress and issues to management.
