Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work with general tools and build prototypes with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand for long periods and multitask.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions and participate in weekly safety meetings.
• Report to the job site in proper attire and start time.
• Adhere to safety practices and company policies.
• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses using various instruments.
• Prepare and standardize chemical solutions and samples per protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of data and results.
• Assist in calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Maintain a clean lab area and dispose of debris properly.
