Job summary

Terradyne Engineering, Inc. seeks a QC- Inspector to oversee the Quality Control Program and ensure contract compliance on projects. You will conduct weekly QC meetings with Engineers, provide reports, and be the go-to person for this assignment.

Responsibilities include managing medium-complex projects, reviewing field and lab tests on soils, concrete and aggregates, preparing reports and invoices, and coordinating with clients and staff to meet specifications. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction field required.
• EIT with two years of airport paving experience considered.
• NICET II/III certification or equivalent experience.
• Nuclear Density Gauge Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine to moderately complex projects and provide technical expertise.
• Prepare proposals, project setup, test data review, and invoices.
• Train and review field technicians; hold client meetings.
• Perform field and laboratory tests on soils, concrete, and aggregates.
• Coordinate field staff and ensure adherence to client specs.
• Provide solutions for onsite construction issues.
