ICF is seeking a Construction QA/QC Specialist to support the State of Florida in managing federal disaster recovery grant programs, focusing on rebuilding housing, strengthening communities, and mitigating future disaster risks.
The Construction QA/QC Specialist will perform daily quality assurance and quality control activities related to residential construction, rehabilitation, reconstruction, and mitigation efforts funded through the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and Community Development Block Grant – Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) programs.
This role requires keen attention to detail, critical thinking, and adaptability to a dynamic environment.

Based on experience, skills, certifications, location, and other factors, the pay range is $66,701 - $113,391 annually.
