We are seeking a dynamic Incident Manager to join our team, providing services to a global company. In this role, you will lead the incident management process to resolution, ensuring swift restoration of the client's IT operations. Responsibilities include logging and categorizing incidents, overseeing the incident management process and team, responding to service incidents, prioritizing them, and collaborating with the team to follow protocols and improve processes. You will also communicate major issues to upper management and manage team workloads.
