Wharton-Smith Construction Group in Sanford, FL is seeking a Proposal Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in proposal development, marketing, and presentation support to lead pursuit teams for commercial construction and water/wastewater projects.

You will manage all phases of proposal prep from strategy to delivery, coordinate materials, write project summaries, and coach teams for interviews, with some travel and overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proposal development, pursuit management, marketing, or related disciplines.
• Experience in AEC or related industries is highly desirable.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary pursuit teams and coordinating proposal efforts.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, compile, and track proposal materials to meet client deadlines.
• Lead preparation, production, and delivery of proposals and presentations.
• Write and edit project summaries, staff resumes, and descriptions.
• Ensure materials align with client requirements and branding standards.
• Coach teams for interviews and client presentations.
• Manage multiple pursuit efforts and maintain schedules.
