Qualifications

• Negotiates and closes subcontractor and vendor contracts.
• Maintains bid books, material bids, and takeoffs.
• Prepares POs and cost sheets for job starts.
• Performs cost per square foot and budget comparisons.
• Prices addenda requests and maintains contract options.
• Sets up rebate schedules and closing cost information.
• May conduct subcontractor orientations; may monitor blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Negotiates, closes, produces and follows up on contracts.
• Organizes and maintains material bids and takeoffs for each product.
• Prepares Purchase Orders and cost sheets for job starts; generates all POs and UPOs.
• Performs cost per square foot and budget comparisons.
• Prices out all addendum requests for price.
