Beazer Homes in California is seeking a Builder to manage all on-site activity for homes under construction, coordinating trade partners, inspecting workmanship, and ensuring safety, quality, and progress on schedule.
You will schedule trades, oversee material orders and deliveries, read plans, and enforce company standards. A High School diploma and 2–5 years of construction experience are required.
This position is primarily responsible for managing all on-site activity and subcontractors/trade partners, with a goal of completing homes safely, on time, and within budget.
