Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Able to pass drug screening/background check.

• Must be a team player with strong organization and prioritization to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Learn and know the common materials we buy, focusing on plumbing and mechanical components.
• Build relationships with key suppliers and vendors; know who the right partners are for orders.
• Receive and process foreman orders daily; support field teams with prompt fulfillment.
• Receive and process bulk orders; review for accuracy and identify savings opportunities.
• Use our accounting system to manage purchasing documentation and record-keeping.
