The role includes building supplier relationships, processing orders, and maintaining documentation in the accounting system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Purchasing Manager by sourcing materials for 15+ active projects.
• Build relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely orders.
• Receive and process foreman orders daily to support field teams.
• Review bulk orders for accuracy and identify savings opportunities.
• Use accounting system to maintain purchasing documentation and records.
