Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC in Georgia seeks a Purchase Order Administrator I to build purchase orders for change orders and requests submitted by construction teams. You will work closely with Estimating Managers, Project Managers, Purchasing Payroll Assistants, Estimators, the Selections Department, Design Center personnel, and other departments as needed.

In addition, you will participate in department-wide projects and provide general support as needed, with deadlines that may require fast, efficient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience processing purchase orders.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Process purchase order requests submitted by construction.
• Process purchase orders for change orders.
• Reverse and rebuild purchase orders to resolve budget issues.
• Assist construction personnel with PO and budget issues.
• Complete projects on short notice under extreme time constraints.
• Complete special projects as requested.
