Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in construction industry accounts payable support.
• Experience with AIA contract documents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project files for multiple projects.
• Assist the Project Manager with contract documentation.
• Maintain communication with Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly reports and ensure project deadlines are met.
