Qualifications

• Requires two years of related office experience.
• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Prefers two years in construction-related field and in report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the design and construction phase of capital projects.
• Reviews Certificates of Substantial Completion and Final Closeout Packages.
• Initiates tracking and reporting in Project Management System.
