Base pay range: $62,200.00/yr - $85,400.00/yr

As a Construction Project Specialist, you will assist with project estimates, proposals, and support project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Review bid documents, analyze technical data, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform project take-offs and assist with bid documents.
• Obtain and analyze subcontractor quotes.
• Estimate project costs and present to management.
• Assist in preparing proposals and review engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate buyouts, purchase orders, and project schedules.
• Generate submittals, RFIs, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
• Manage change orders and project closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management software.
• 1-2 years of construction-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a project engineer.
• Modular building industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
