Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and team members.
• Develop large project and area micro schedules.
• Resource load project schedule with manpower and cost information.
• Regular maintenance of project schedules.
• Ensure project documentation is compliant and current (subcontracts, change orders).
• Update trending and analysis of project schedules.
• Coordinate schedule updates by area within the construction team.
• Develop operations plan and direct activities to achieve construction objectives (budgeting, production planning, staffing).
• Assist with development and maintenance of project schedule.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
