Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Scheduler within its Clark Technologies group to lead planning and scheduling across multiple commercial construction projects. The role supports corporate initiatives including training development, data analytics and trend reporting.

You will travel up to 100% to project locations, analyze schedules, and partner with Operations to ensure adherence to Clark standards. A strong background in Primavera P6 and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related preferred.
• 4+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with hyperscale environments is preferred.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong relationship-building with owners, subcontractors and project teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling efforts on multiple high-impact commercial construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specs and statements of work to prepare baseline schedules.
• Monitor schedules and guide Operations staff as needed.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors and partners to represent Clark.
• Develop bid and proposal schedules with executive management as needed.
• Utilize analytics to identify project trends and report findings.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution.
• Communicate impacts of schedule changes and prepare Time Impact Analyses.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Develop and deliver training on Planning, Scheduling and Project Controls.
• Contribute to departmental policies and procedures improvements.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
