Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Scheduler to support planning, execution, and tracking of large-scale construction projects. You will develop and maintain 12–15 active schedules using Primavera P6, Power Project, or similar tools, partnering with Project Managers to keep milestones aligned.

The role requires coordinating schedule reviews with project teams and clients, and communicating impacts, risks, and timeline changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction scheduling experience
• Experience with multi-phase or large-scale projects
• Familiarity with BIM for integrated planning
• Experience with the government, healthcare, higher education, commercial, industrial markets
• Knowledge of lean construction principles and agile scheduling methods
• Experience scheduling plumbing and mechanical scopes

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 12-15 active project schedules using Primavera P6, Power Project, or similar tools
• Coordinate schedule reviews with project teams and clients
• Communicate critical impacts, risks and timeline changes across the project lifecycle
• Support scheduling for complex construction projects valued at $50M+ across multiple sectors
