Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years of professional financial/risk analysis experience in government lending or assistance programs.
• Four years of Construction Management experience in single family and/or multifamily housing government programs.
• Four years of professional financial, lending, risk or construction analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve contractor and architect plans and specifications.
• Review construction estimates and work scope.
• Monitor funded project progression and approve requisitions at various stages.
