Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience, or 8 years with no degree.
• Solid construction project management experience.
• Familiarity with housing, retail and commercial design or construction.

Responsibilities

• Work product creation and project management across a practice area.
• Manage and assess complex information for accuracy and risk.
• Conduct due diligence for proposed developments.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with team members.
• Support business development and client communication.
• Travel to job sites as required.
