Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to produce work independently and coordinate with clients and supervisors.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe daily construction activities and document progress, manpower, and conditions.
• Prepare daily field reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Monitor progress against schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Identify issues and escalate to Vertex leadership as needed.
• Travel to job sites around the greater San Francisco area.
